Its provisions apply to all enterprises, holdings and operations of the private and public sector regardless of the branch of economic activity in which they are classified.<\/li>\n<li><u>Notes:<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2.a The application of the provisions is imposed in addition to the general provisions<\/p>\n<p>on occupational health and safety that apply at any given time.<\/p>\n<p>2.b The provisions of the PD cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The general rules for the occasional and permanent marking of countries and points of countries and points of professional activity in general.<\/li>\n<li>The obligations of companies in terms of relevant training and information\u00a0 of employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Safety and health signs are divided into four main categories based on the colour and the basic shape of the sign as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>3.1.a\u00a0 The prohibitory signs (round) and<\/p>\n<p>3.1.b The plates relating to the fire &#8211; fighting equipment or the general equipment,<\/p>\n<p>sqare or rectangular with the coding colour red.<\/p>\n<p>3.2\u00a0 The rescue or relief signs , sqare or rectangular, in color coding green.<\/p>\n<p>3.3\u00a0 The warning signs and imposed precautions meters (triangles) with coding color yellow<\/p>\n<p>3.4\u00a0 Obligation signs for specific action or behavior and the obligation to use personal<\/p>\n<p>safety equipment.
